Customer Details

Welcome to Isidore Foods - Pittsburgh's Local and Organic Farm Food Delivery Service.  We offer a year-round local food service that gives our customers a connection to local farmers and artisans.

Ordering

Individuals sign up to become customers on our website, shop on-line and pay by credit or debit card.

After your order is placed (the ordering deadline is every Saturday night by 11:59 p.m. for delivery the following Wednesday and Thursday, we purchase your item(s) from our network of farms and businesses.  You can order fruits and vegetables, milk, cheese, eggs, breads and pantry items on a one-time or subscription basis.

Subscriptions for summer vegetables is 22 weeks, fall/winter produce is 14 weeks and for spring vegetables is 13 weeks. Summer fruit box subscriptions are 15 weeks.  All subscription boxes are packed for you with the freshest ingredients available from our farms that week.

After your subscription period is over, customers can cancel their subscription at anytime by contacting Customer Service at  info@isidorefoods.com or (412) 400-4721.  If we do not hear from you, we will continue to deliver your subscription until you contact Customer Service.

For those of you unfamiliar with a subscription service and would like to try the service before you commit to a subscription, you can order a box or a single a la carte item just once to see if you like it.

Adding to Your Existing Order

Since many of our customers have subscriptions with us, they will need to only order a box once during their subscription period. If current subscribers want to add an item from one of our a la carte menus to their weekly subscription, orders must be placed by 11:59 p.m. each Saturday for delivery on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.  Orders placed on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, etc. will be delivered the following week.

Isidore Foods LLC needs at least two days to gather the products you order from area farms and businesses. Since many of the items you are ordering are hand crafted farm products and come from small farms, a week's notice will give everyone we rely upon to fill your subscription the time they need to pick, pack and deliver your item to our warehouse.

Payment

Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  If you do not feel comfortable leaving your payment information on this website, please contact us at info@isidorefoods.comand we can arrange monthly payment options by cash or check.

Canceling Your Deliveries

In order to cancel your deliveries (permanently or for vacation), you must contact Customer Service via phone or email.  Cancellations made by Saturday at 11:59 p.m. will insure that deliveries and charges will be stopped immediately for both deliveries the same week and future deliveries.
