Winter/Spring Vegetable Box - Medium (Subscription)

This is a Subscription Box with delivery beginning the week of October 29, 2023 and ends the week of May 26, 2024.

Your charge will be $29 per delivery. You can start a subscription anytime during this period and will only be charged for what you receive.

Weekly or Biweekly (Every other week)?

We will send you an email confirmation that we received your order and will give you delivery directions at that time.  We will ask you whether you want weekly or biweekly delivery.  Reply to the email with your preference.

You will receive 10 different produce items each delivery. An order example for our winter season is carrots, red leaf lettuce, yellow onion, baby spinach, swiss chard, spaghetti squash, brussel sprouts, kale, red potatoes and yams.

Items are grown on small family farms in our region which are no more than 175 miles from Pittsburgh. About 50% of the produce is grown organically but without certification, 30% grown organically with certification and 20% grown sustainably with farms using integrated pest management (low or no use of pesticides).

This subscription box is one and a half times the size of our small produce box.

Winter

December to February - salad greens, mushrooms, cabbage, turnips, beets, kale, lettuce, spinach, winter squash, green onions, apples and other items as they are available.

Spring

March to May - salad greens, asparagus, kale, micro-greens, spinach, herbs, apples, swiss chard, onions, potatoes, mushrooms and other items as they are available.
